BOOKING INFORMATION AND HIRE CHARGES

Alternatively complete the Interactive Bookings Form which can be found below along with the Village Hall Standard Terms & Conditions.
The calendar below is updated as often as possible. If you are interested in booking the hall and find a date and time on the calendar you are interested in is free you advised to contact the Village Hall Booking Clerk to confirm this fact before making at other firm arrangements.

BOOKING CALENDAR
This calendar is for guidance purposes only.

Once you have opened the interactive form above please follow these instructions.

  1. Fill in the Hire Agreement form with the required information.
  2. Save the form to your computer.
  3. Ensure that you have read and understood the Standard Terms & Conditions and the COVID-19 Supplementary Terms & Conditions which are contained within the Hire Agreement form.
  4. Save the form on your local computer.
  5. Then attached form to an email and send to the Booking Clerk – falfieldvh@gmail.com.
The Booking Clerk will then check and confirm that the date is free and return the booking form back to you which will include all the relevant charges.
This will be followed by an invoice from the Hall Treasurer confirming the amount and any deposit required to be paid.
UNTIL CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE VILLAGE HALL BOOKING CLERK THAT THE DATE IS AVAILABLE THE BOOKING IS STILL CONSIDERED TO BE AN ENQUIRY.
