Each
house in the parish should have received an application
form with their March 5 Alive. In the event that
is was not delivered or has been lost click here
to download an application form. Application forms
should be returned no later than 14th April 2012.
Additional
commemorative mugs can be purchased at a cost
of £4.75 each.
Please
note that there was a error recorded in the forms
distributed with the March 5 Alive in that it
stated the cost of mugs would be £4.00 and
further down the form it then stated a different
cost of £4.75. The correct price is £4.75.
