1.The
“numbers” will be issued on a first come, first served
basis and will only be available from the promoter of the lottery.
2. Each “number” is deemed to have been reserved for one
year commencing January, and purchased at £15.
3. The fee for each number will be paid annually in advance. Cheques
should be made payable to “Falfield Village Hall 100 Club.
4. Individuals can join at anytime during the year having paid the
appropriate fee and will be entered into the next monthly draw.
5. To qualify for a monthly draw the member must have paid their fee
covering the respective monthly draw to be able to participate.
6. Each number purchased will be entered into the monthly draw for
three prizes.
7. There are no restrictions in the quantity of numbers purchased
by applicants, but applicants must be over 16 years of age to participate.
8. A list of all members and their numbers will be posted on the notice
board in the Village Hall and on the Village web site.
9. The draws will take place normally on a monthly basis at a Village
function. Where it is not possible to undertake a draw within the
specific month the draw will be carried forward and drawn along with
the following month(s) draws.
10. The winners will be advised by telephone or email (as applicable)
as soon as practicable after the draw has taken place.
11. The results will be published in the 5 Alive magazine and on the
Village web site.
12. All prize money paid out will be by cheque.
13. The total income collected will be split 50% towards prize money
and 50% to Village Hall funds.
14. The prize fund will be split into 12 monthly sets of draws each
consisting of three prizes split as follows one of 45% (first), one
of 32% (second) and one of 24% (third) rounded to the nearest pound.
15. In a dispute, the decision of the promoter is final.
16. The 100 Club will only operate if there are 70 or more numbers
taken up.
