As set out in the Lease and Trust Deed dated 21st April 1986 the Committee is made of 6 elected members who serve a two-year term. This is supplemented with no more than 4 co-op members who are elected annually and finally representatives of three organisations: St Georges’ Church, Falfield Women’s Institute and The Falfield & Stone Brownies. An Annual General Meeting is held in April every year.
