BOOKING INFORMATION

Main Hall:
£12.00 for the first hour, thereafter £6.00 per hour includes shared use of kitchen.
From 01/01/2024 – £12.00 for the first hour, thereafter £8.00 per hour includes shared use of kitchen.

Small Hall:
£8.00 for the first hour, thereafter £4.00 per hour includes shared use of kitchen.
From 01/01/2024 – £8.00 for the first hour, thereafter £5.00 per hour includes shared use of kitchen.

Sole use of the hall, Parties and social functions:
1st hour £15, thereafter £10 per hour – includes sole use of the kitchen.
From 01/01/2024 – £15.00 for the first hour, thereafter 12.00 per hour includes sole use of kitchen.

The following items are available to hire:

Tables: £1.50 each per day
Chairs: 50p each per day
Crockery: £10 per day.

The above calendar is updated as often as possible. If you are interested in booking the hall and find a date and time on the calendar you are interested in is free you advised to contact the Village Hall Booking Clerk to confirm this fact before making any other firm arrangements.

Once you have opened the interactive form above, please follow these instructions.

1.   Fill in the Hire Agreement form with the required information.
2.    Save the form to your computer.
3.    Ensure that you have read and understood the Standard Terms & Conditions which are contained within the Hire Agreement form.
4.    Save the form on your local computer.
5.    Then attached form to an email and send to the Booking Clerk – [email protected].
The Booking Clerk will then check and confirm that the date is free and return the booking form back to you which will include all the relevant charges.
This will be followed by an invoice from the Hall Treasurer confirming the amount and any deposit required to be paid.
UNTIL CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE VILLAGE HALL BOOKING CLERK THAT THE DATE IS AVAILABLE THE BOOKING IS STILL CONSIDERED TO BE AN ENQUIRY.
