I agree that if this booking is accepted a deposit will be required and any balance paid before the hire starts and that as a result of the hire no damage or loss is caused to the premises or contents, no other damage is suffered if a special deposit had been paid it will be refunded within 28 days of the hire

Please note: Payments will be requested to be made online. In the event that payments are by cash or cheque a surcharge of x% will apply

I give my permission for Falfield Village Hall Management Committee to use my personal data for the purposes of this booking enquiry and understand that my data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes or longer if required to do so by our insurers.
